Dr Sallie Grey (Clinical Psychologist) will speak about building resilience in a performance environment.

Dr. Sallie Grey is a registered Clinical Psychologist with more than 20 years’ experience across multiple settings including, private practice, community mental health, hospitals, organisations and corporations. Sallie works in private practice where she delivers evidence-based treatments as well as delivering organisation wide programs including, Employee Assistance Programs.

Sallie has a particular interest in corporate wellbeing and the science of optimal human functioning. She helps individuals and teams unlock their potential by bringing in self- compassion, deep personalisation and a growth mindset to be their best selves. Sallie’s approach is underpinned by her ability to draw from psychological systems, contemporary management, adult development, neuroscience, and learning theories and models.

Sallie has a Doctor’s degree in Clinical Psychology, a Master of Science, a Graduate Diploma in Science, and a Bachelor of Arts.

ASPAH has invited Sallie to speak with us about performance wellbeing due to the exceptional work Sallie does within the performing arts sector.
