    Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password – how can I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the member login page by following this link or clicking the “Login” button on the ASPAH home page. Underneath the login box you’ll see a line of text “Lost your password?”. If you click this text you can enter the email address associated with your ASPAH membership and a reset link will be sent to your email.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, log in to your account with your current password and then navigate to the dropdown menu “Howdy…” in the top right hand corner of the page.

Select “Edit My Profile” and scroll down to “Account Management”.

Here you can click “Generate New Password”, and the website will randomly generate a very complicated password for you. To change this, simply click within the text box where this password is displayed, delete what is there and enter your new password.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Update Profile” button to make sure your changes are saved.

How do I edit my listing in the Members Directory?

To edit your listing in the Members Directory, log in to your account with your current password and then navigate to the dropdown menu “Howdy…” in the top right hand corner of the page.

Select “Edit My Profile” and scroll down to “More Information”. Here you will find fields including your address, business email and website, as well as the brief and full descriptions and details of your profession.

Edit any fields you would like to update and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the “Update Profile” button to make sure your changes are saved. The public directory will soon reflect your changes; if the changes are not apparent please:

    1. Refresh your browser – OR
    2. Clear your history and empty the cache

If neither of these strategies work, please email admin@aspah.org.au for assistance.
